Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Is the Cavvy Cover® one size fits all?  
A:  Yes, unless there is a need for a custom ordered size- different charges may occur.

Q:  Do you do custom orders? 
A: Yes, I Can!  Please message me at patty@cavvycover.com and I will do my best to create a custom cover just for you!  Different charges may occur.

Q:  Shipment time?
A:  *Shipping for already made items are shipped within 1-5 business days

*Made to order items may take 1-4 weeks.

*Items will be shipped to Etsy provided address, but if you need it shipped elsewhere please let me know right away to make sure it is delivered to the correct address.

*Tracking numbers will be provided with all domestic orders.

*International shipping as of now is not available, but we should have it ready to go soon!

Q:  Is the Cavvy Cover® for sale out of the U.S? 
A:  As of now, International sales are not available.

Q:  What is your Return/Exchange Policy?
A: *************Exchanges Only**************

*Exchanges only for unworn and undamaged/unsoiled items for store credit only if buyer feels that the item is maybe not the right color, style, or fit. All Cavvy Covers® are one size fits all.

*Buyer must notify me within 10 days of purchase.

*Shipping costs associated with returning the items are the responsibility of the buyer.

*Store Credit is only for the cost of the item and not the shipping.

*Custom orders or not exchangeable or refundable.

******Exchanges only *****If items is somehow damaged during shipping, please notify me right away and I will do my best to replace it for you. If the item was an original and no longer available, I will do my best and work with you so you are satisfied.
